Connection request on Google tv

Hope you can assist

I am trying to get Norton VPN to activate on my Google TV box however it keeps asking me for a connection request over and over

It says connection request, Norton VPN wants to set up a VPN connection that allows it to monitor network traffic. Only accept if you trust the source….obj appears on your screen when VPN is active …..click ok and it just reappears

I’m running goole TV on android 16 on the box

Any ideas what to do

And do you have an active subscription for Norton Secure VPN or Norton 360? What subscription level do you have?
