We have a POS built using Windows 7 x86 and pcAnywhere 12.5. However, a third party that must connect to support the POS software use version 11.5 of pcAnywhere. Upon connection using dial-up, authentication works correctly but then only a black screen shows on their hand.
No issue appears when we on our side use 12.5 as a client to connect to the remote POS but we'd want to make sure such connection can be made with an older version of the client. Is that possible? Is there an option on the POS we can enable / disable to ensure compatibility with the older version of the client?
