Constant annoying popups even with all notifications disabled

Hi, ever since I got the Norton 360 and Symantec changed its name to Norton LifeLock, I keep getting frustrating popups about this and that every now and then, which I can't simply ignore because they float there and require me no click on either "ok" or "no thanks" in them. Any idea how to get rid of them? Like, I'm a person who hates notifications altogether, I had Action Center and Cortana both practically ripped out by third party apps to help me use my PC properly. In the Control Panel/App Settings (whatever manages notifications there) I have EVERYTHING off, and I remember to have double checked it last month. So I get nothing, no annoying news feed, zilch. However! Norton still somehow manages to keep popping up, and I mean, not the serious threat alerts. Stuff like "Get the most out of your subscription" or "Your monthly report has arrived". Is there ANY way to turn this popup nonsense off PERMANENTLY, please? The only way it seems to shut itself up is by activating Silent Mode, however, I can't do it for more than a day, which is sad and very frustrating. Please find a solution for this because even though I honestly love your product and this of it as the best protection there is, I find this unacceptable. It totally ruins my concentration and as a person with ADHD I can't work in this environment. I would have to reconsider switching for Kaspersky at that point. Thank you in advance, S.
