Constant updates needed on my norton

Issue abstract: My Norton keeps telling me I need to update. So I sign in and can’t find any where to do this update. Then if I click on more protection it keeps making me re-sign in and I’m back to square one. My computer has been kind of slow lately but I can’t get the updates done.
