For about a week now I'm constantly getting spammed by the message Location and Background App Refresh Turned Off . My daughter's phone is a Samsung Galaxy S7. Power saving is medium. Norton Family is allowed to run in the background in the power settings.
This is incredibly annoying.
I am seeing this as well. My son has a OnePlus 6. Location is enabled and permitted, yet the app is consistently unable to report his location. The app has full permissions and it not being battery optimized (feature of Oxygen OS). This but one of the many, many issues with this app and platform for mobile devices. Works great for Windows though, but that is only part of the equation. Really need to see a solution for this (and all the issues) from Norton LifeLock.
Still no solution. Perhaps I can post an image of just how many email notifications I'm getting.

I'll give it a week and if I don't get a solution to my issue I'll cancel the auto renewal on Norton Family and allow it to expire.
Not yet. I received an message yesterday and sent some more info. Hopefully I'll know more soon.
Has a solution been found for this. I have the same problem on my child's S7 and all the settings look correct.
