How does one go about this now…there isn’t any phone numbers or chat options that I can find.

I managed to get into a queue for a live person via telephone, but after 3 hours waiting my call was disconnected.
I managed to get into a queue for a live person chat, which only told me that it would be more than 30 minutes before someone connected to the chat. Not much help, obviously. There are a lot of ways to handle this including auto call back when you clear the queue. Just giving me my place in line periodically updated would at least tell me if I am wasting my time. They could put me through to a person directly for a $200 (or whatever) fee, and today I would have paid it.
I can only conclude that management is making very bad decisions which will hurt their bottom line. So I made a management decision myself, and bought another product.
