Contacting support

I am trying to contact Norton to get a refund on a cancelled subscription, the credit card that was used to pay the sub was cancelled but not in time by the bank for a Norton sub to slip through.  I am getting nowhere with the site to request the refund and there is no phone number or email address.  I see lots of similar messages on this forum recently, it is very frustrating.

Norton Official Support via chat...phone...social media.  No email support.
