I've reloaded the app two or three times to fix the problem each time but this is a pain to just repair the sync issues.
I've followed all the instructions outlined in this link http://community.norton.com/t5/Other-Mobile-Products/Identity-Safe-does-not-sync-to-mobile/td-p/1123988 but this did not resolve my issue. the sync issue continues to reoccur.
Will this ever work consistently? Right now I can't rely on it to work on my mobile phone.
