Continuous non-stop duplicate email notices from Norton Community Mailer

*please excuse me if i am not doing this correctly*

my issue is as follows:  on thursday april 18 i attempted to do a search for a solution or advice on an error message on my laptop.  there were alot of very technical items but none that i could find that related to my search.  at this point i contaced norton support and they were able to fix/correct the error.  evidently i had checked some box asking for an e-mail notification for a answer or solution to my search item.

 

and here is where the problem begins. i first received a notice from Norton Community Mailer stating "there's a message that matches your search for "error" in Norton Community.  the message allowed two selections, view message or change or discontinue your search.  i looked at the view message and the answer was not even about my issue and i attempted to discontinue/stop the search but could not figure out how to do it.

 

since i received the first e-mail, i have now received the same duplicate e-mail every hour or several within that hour. as of today i have received 345 duplicate e-mails (that i saved) and probably another 100 i deleted when i first noticed the issue.

 

how do i stop this particular e-mail notification completely?

how do i stop or discontinue a search?

how do i delete my entire profile from the norton community? (as if i never enrolled!!)
