Hello, i've recently bought a new computer and have used Noron and it's worked fine for 4 days then today it said i need to restart the computer so i did so. Then i went on to google chrome and it didn't have an icon, just a white sheet of paper folded at the top right, and whenever i go on to a website it always says "Could not load Norton Identity Safe" and even if i click the "x" on then it will go off until i go onto anther website/view another page on the same website and it's quite annoying. I tryed going on internet explores web-browser and it worked fine, the icon showed up and i didn't get the "Could not load Norton Identity Safe" message. However i normally use chrome so it's quite an inconvinence for me.
Anyway, what does this mean, and how can i fix it?
