My subscription on phone is Norton 360. I connected my laptop Windows and got Norton vpn ultimate. On my phone I can choose the country, but not on laptop. There is not an option to choose a country?
I read the documentation, it says for vpn ultimate should be drag drop option with countries, but there is not.

The VPN Ultimate is a totally separate app from the Norton 360 product. As such it has different options available for the VPN virtual locations. Also, mobile versions have different options than the Windows version.
On your laptop, open the VPN Ultimate app and click on VPN at top left then click the down arrow beside the current chosen location. That will bring up a list of options for a different virtual location. Scroll down to see all the countries you can choose.

I also didnt have this VPN button, In the end I pressed troubleshutting and the screen with list of options for locations appeared
