Credit card details - how do you get the security code to save?

Every time I open the details they have reverted to blank

Kevin are you referring to the password manager? If so the only places to reserve the CVV will be in the notes or wallet areas. Where are you adding that info? TIA.

SA

Or here?

@KEVIN_HORNSBY Can we assist further?

SA

The second. Whenever i enter the 3-digit security code and save it reverts to blank

Kevin

That usually happens when the card number doesn’t match with the CVV. Expiration date is incorrect or the card type is incorrect. Have you rechecked everything to ensure its correct?

SA

I have re-entered everything multiple times. Same result every time. Also the speed at which it reverts to blank makes me suspect there has not been time to verify the CVC code

“it reverts to blank”…before or after you click Save?

VPN connected?
and you’re allowing all my.norton.com pages content

as test:

After I click “save”. If I go in and edit it shows as lank again. And I
m not aware that I’m blocking any content

as test: Save → Edit

You have the same thing. The security code is showing as blank rather than 3 dots

Yes…
and when I click Save

I need to re-enter code

I get all that. The one difference is that I don’t get that eye symbol in the Security Code field, just the three dots. And then when I go back to “Edit” it is blank again

fwiw ~ different card rendered same results
Save → Edit

I see eye with first number
205

and lose eye when I click outside the box - take focus off the box
206

Yes

Well right now the only thing I can think to do is to let the subscription expire and then hope it will take the credit card details for a new subscription

payment is pulled up to 35 days before renewal

maybe, the code is not stored with the card for security
