Credit Monitoring - How to add a KOHL"S Credit Card

I’m a new user and was unable to add our KOHL,S Credit Card to Credit Monitoring.
Several Credit Cards were added with no issue.

~ are you Norton 360 with LifeLock or LifeLock by Norton member?
Kohls card - 12 digits?
Kohls card - 16 digits?
Kohls card w/wo Visa logo?

Are you allowed to monitor more cards?
Is the Kohls card linked with your social security number?

Okay…fwiw…as per Norton/LifeLock Chat support: < just now >
LifeLock “credit monitoring” monitors store issued &or bank/credit union issued “cards” w/wo Visa/MC logo.
as per Norton/LifeLock Chat support: the “card” must be linked with your social security number…to be verified/monitored.

fwiw ~ after thought:
Maybe, “credit monitoring” is set up for only 16 digits?

Note: I did not ask Norton support = 12 digits vs 16 digits
