Credit score and credit report are unavailable

I have used Norton for many years and currently have a valid subscription to Norton 360 with Lifelock Ultimate Plus.  I am unable to access Lifelock credit score or credit report.   I am able to log into my.norton.com and see protection settings.  Version is updated to 22.21.5.44.

I have contacted support several times but have been giving no solutions.  One tech talks for a while then bounces me around to some one else?  If they can not fix it or do not have access, just tell me.

First excuse was using Firefox browser.  Then it was something about settings.  Then it was Norton being active.  Then it was Secure VPN active or not.

Tech recommended I switch browser to Google Chrome.  No difference.

Last support told me to wait until I got an email June 15th, NOT any kind of support.  This appeared to just be a reason to end the call.  I have yet to receive any assistance, the “contact us” is just a run around.
