CSV import from DataVault gives garbage data

I have a Norton account, so I decided to try out Identity Safe.  However, I have all my passwords saved on the DataVault app.  Identity Safe does allow for import of CSV files from other password manager apps.  

I exported all my DataVault data (perhaps a hundred or so entries)  as a CSV file.  Then I imported this into Identity Safe.  Identity Safe appears to have chopped up the DataVault entries so that I can't make sense of any of the information imported.  

I decided to start from scratch, but deleting the over-a-hundred entries from Identity Safe is slow because the app will only delete one entry at a time.  It won't allow me to delete a range of entries.  

I decided to delete my Identity Safe "vault" and start a new one.  I managed to delete it.  When  I ran the app to create a new vault, I found all the garbage data was still there.  

Identity Safe is just too painful to use.
