Curious pop-up window about technical maintenance across multiple browsers

What is the error message you are seeing? A pop-up window stating that website is down due to ‘scheduled technical maintenance’ even though website customer support claim they cannot see the pop-up or that there are no maintenance going on. The popu-up appears across Opera, Google, Edge and DuckDuckGo browsers despite reset of browser and emptying internet cache.

@Lars_Stender I think you have picked up a browser bug since you are seeing it across all your browsers. My suggestion is downloading and running a full scan with Malwarebytes, it focuses on things Norton doesn’t do so well at.
