On December 27, 2024 I received an Norton error message stating that my subscription had expired. It was was wrong because it didn’t expire until June 22, 2025. I contacted Norton help when I got the error message and they said they could fix it remotely. When it started up again, it was an entirely new and different interface. I couldn’t understand why a change like that was done in the middle of a current subscription. They also wiped out all my scan history, etc. without warning.
I purchased a copy of Norton Security Deluxe 5 devices to replace the Norton 360 Premium 10 devices that is expiring. Is the interface the usable one or the crappy one Norton help put on my machine?
