I'm not sure that AntiSPAM is working at all. I get PHARMACY and DRUGSTORE messages in my Inbox . I setup a Custom Rule to specifically filter out those messages that are not working.
Email Subject Lines:
NEW - PHARMACY ONLINE -NEW
ONLINE DRUGSTORE - SALE 30 %
The Norton AntiSpam button is visible on the Outlook Express toolbar. All of the settings, eg Client Integration, appear to be correct.
