Customer Support is not what it used to be

I’ve been a loyal Norton Security customer for over 20 years and have always been satisfied with the professionalism of the staff and I have confidence in the product. But I’ve noticed a change in the attitude of support reps and for the few times I call them, suddenly long wait times.
I don’t consider myself merely a customer, but an advocate. People often ask me which security program is good and I always tell them Norton Security and mention specific specialized versions that are dependable. I’m just disappointed as of late.
