Dark Web Monitoring not working. Norton 360 w/LifeLock

Hi.

I recently upgraded my Norton 360 to Norton 360 with LifeLock Select.
I have an Android S21 FE 5G
When I go to home page, it says dark web monitoring service unavailable. When I click on it, it just says “Sorry”.
I contacted chat support and the tech asked me to chat him a screenshot. Than he sent me an email and asked me to reply with a screenshot. I did. He never got it. Sent again. He never got it. Than he said because he never received email, he would have to have senior support contact me and asked for contact phone number. I gave it to him but told him I do not answer phone calls if I don’t recognize the number and can they email me. He never answered. Said someone would contact me. I felt like it was not a real Norton Chat Representative.
Anyways, I cannot understand why my deep web monitoring is not working and says “service unavailable”. That is why I upgraded. Also, was the tech support supposed to send me an email and have me send my screenshot of dashboard and have someone call me?
I don’t know what to do about any of this.
