I have a Dark Web Notification alert on ID Protection advising me of an email adress (not my main email address) and password combintaion I use is on a list on the dark web. However when I try and obtain a verification code to show the password I don’t receive it, although Norton indicates that it’s been sent to the address assoicated with the alert. This is big concern as I’m unable to change these passwords.

sure wish I understood why I get a verification code every time at support page and via email…and you don’t
