Hello,

Well this is the first time I’ve ‘asked the community’ but I’m at a loss as to how to get a response from Norton!
I made a data request over a month ago as I was disputing some payments on my account. Norton failed to provide the information within the suggested calendar month so I followed up with an online chat. I was assured I would receive a call back within 48-72 hours which of course did not happen.
I have followed up again today only to be informed someone will ring when they have resolved things?! I have put all of this into an email but am not hopeful about getting any response.
I asked for a copy of the complaints procedure and was informed they don’t have one?
Does anyone have any idea how I can progress this. Any help would be much appreciated.

Je suis vraiment déçu de votre prestation. J’ai acheté un ordi ou il me proposer un abonnement d’une année gratuit. Et aujourd’hui je veux installer. Il faut que je donne ma carte de crédit, j,appelle ça du vol autorisé. Je ne vais certainement plus jamais faire affaire avec vous. Voleur. En plus rien en français, franchement ces nuls

This means that after the initial purchase, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period (monthly or annually), and your payment method will be charged accordingly, unless you specifically cancel the automatic renewal.

after you’ve registered/installed/activated your Norton plan…you may cancel automatic renewal and remove your billing profile.

Did the retail store/business that offered you a free Norton plan subscription advise you regarding Norton Terms and Conditions of Sale & License and Services Agreement?
Did the retail store/business register/activate the Norton plan under their Norton account?
Did the retail store/business advise you to create a Norton account &or add the Norton plan to your existing Norton account.
