Date never changes on the Last cloud backup date

Why does the date never change on the cloud backup date on the main screen?
it has been a march date for a long time, but i have backed up the files many times in the just the past days. And why are some files not backed up. Not all have the green mark. Some have the blue mark. Need some help here. I dont get call backs from Norton. twice they say they will call back and no call back.
