I recently received an offer of 20 % discount andit was for 15 months from within the Norton 360 app. So I took them up on the offer. But they only renewed my subscription for 12 months. I reached out to their off shore call center. Got a case number and sent my supporting screen shots to them. They claimed they could not see the 15 month offer so I had to direct them to the area of their offer so she could see it. Then I was hung up on. Called back 3 more time and got hung up on as soon as they were not going to sell me anything. Been a very long time customer of Norton going back over 15 years. This is how they treat us? What poor management they have in the ivory tower. Waiting on their response to my email been over a week Not holding my breath.
