How do we know which device this is???
i select it and it does not say which device it is.
tech support is no help. They told me that it only protects one device. i looked it up and it can protect 5 devices.

***SOLVED: The only way is to actually go to each machine and open the app. If you have 3 PCs supported, you will need to go to each PC. I have asked that the developers show which PCs have the support and which dont. Some are in another town. It would be nice to tell remotely. If it only says 1 has the deepfake active and it shows on the machine you are on, then it is easy to know. If it says 2 are protected…then i do not know which of the other 2 have it and may need to drive there. Add which machines have it. That would help. Maybe using the product would be helpul. Be like us and deal with these situations. Get frustrated and you will then fix or improve things.
