Delete backed up files button not available

I desperately need to delete off some files from my backup sets, but when I go into the Manage Backup Sets, the delete files is greyed out when my online storage is selected.

 

 I am logged in as admin and have successfully used the option in the past so where has it gone?

How do I get on to clear out lots of unwanted files before I run out of space?

 

I have Norton 360 so do not have online access to the bells and whistles.

Your solution worked.

 

I am running 6.4.0.9 - hardly an old version as I only updated it a couple of months ago.
