I have Norton 360 for 5 devices, all in use. I have just bought new PC and wish to delete licence from old PC and add to new one. However when I select any of my devices and select manage licence all I get is option to install Norton not remove/delete licence. Any ideas as to how I can remove licence from old PC? Have tried with Norton installed then uninstalled.

Many thanks for your prompt help. I have successfully removed the licence from my old PC following your instructions. I was using My Devices. They were all shown but I didn't have the option to remove a licence from any of my devices as shown in the Norton video help. Your method is the way to do it!

Note: the My Devices page in your Norton account is notorious for being incorrect.
The first thing to check is to open Norton 360 Classic interface on your devices by clicking on the Norton icon in the system tray and clicking on Open Norton 360.
Then click on Settings > Administrative Settings and be sure Remote Management is turned on.
That will allow the device to be listed in your account. It may take a little time as it is not instantaneous.
To get an accurate list of devices, log into your Norton account and click on the user icon at the top right, then click on My Subscriptions.
Then find your current subscription and click on Manage Licenses to see the list of devices activated on that subscription. (credit peterweb)

Remove license from an unused computer ›
- Sign in to your account.
- In the top-right corner of the page, hover over the account icon or photo and click My Subscriptions.
- On the My Account page, on the My Subscriptions tab, select the product you want to manage.
- Under the product, click Manage Licenses.
- In the pop-up window, choose the device that you no longer use, and then under Remove License, click the bin icon.
- Click Remove to confirm.
