Im having the same problem now. Ive decided that Norton is a joke since i cant call them by phone because all i get is a busy signal. Also they deleted my product key so now i cant get it to work on my wifes computer. And if they think they can get anymore money out of my account... it wont happen because i changed my credit card number at the bank. I did that because Norton draw out a dollar from my account without explaining why and without permission. Norton has jerked me around... cost me a lot of time.... and caused me agravations beyond belief. Not to mention that this stupid program doesnt even work. Anyone reading this.... run from this company as fast as you can. Don't give them a dime.
