Using a Windows admin account open Windows Explorer and click on This PC in the left pane. Then double click on Norton Backup Drive in the right pane.
Then double click on the backup set you want to remove files from.
Be patient as it will take some time for Explorer to populate your files from the cloud storage. Then you can search for the files/folders you wish to remove. Right click on those and click on Delete.
