Hi,
Since upgrading to 360 v2 I cannot backup any files on external storage. All of my documents are on an external usb drive, so now I have had to copy them to the internal drive and back them up from there. The problem is now that I still have my external drive (h:) files backed up to the online storage, so I need to delete them. I contacted the support bods via the chat feature and they told me that I would have to remove them all manually via the gui ... (WTF) .. I have over 1000 files backed up and so this is going to take a while, so I started removing them and the gui says "removing files" but just hangs.. I have even left it for a coupld of days and it still get nowhere .. what a pile of crap .. Anyone else hit this ? is there another way to just delete all of the files backed up from the h: drive other than expanding every folder in the backup gui and slecting "all" then delete selected .. otherwise this is going to take all year ..
Cheers
Mark
This has certianly come up before so while waiting for a reply I’d recommend using the Search box here to search on Online Storage and see what it lists here on the Forums.
