My laptop and desktop had Norton 360 (N360) version 4 (according to illustrations online), but neither are now able to load Norton, as the laptop is being converted to Windows 7 and the desktop just died. I went online and found the backup for the desktop and 3 for the laptop. I need to delete the laptop while I am online so as to make more room for the desktop backups. Is that possible? Every post I’ve found has as the first step: load Norton, which isn’t currently possible.

you can access and manage your backups throught the Norton Online Backup site as well. After logging in with your Norton Account Data, select the use with 360 option.
