Deleting Norton from old computer & Installing on new

I am using all 3 of my installations. Recently I purchased a new computer so I deleted Norton from the old computer. When I try to use my product key on the new computer I keep getting the error message that I have used up all my installations. In other words Norton does not acknowledge that I deleted it off of my old computer. I tried using Nathan but that was useless! Can anyone help me?
