Bit confused about deluxe VPN subscription - I want to VPN into regions in the US but can only do country level - how do I get city/state level VPN access. I used to be to do this but not any more

cool - is there a link to discuss with them? I want to be able to VPN into major cities but not bothered about some of the cloud storage, multiple device options etc
