Not sure if this is the correct forum -- but here goes ..... On 5/23/20, I created a forum thread entitled "Norton Safe Search not working in Firefox" and was communicating with bjm_GURU, who was kindly trying to help me and found the same problems as I did. Later in the day, my update thank you posts to bjm would not post. Now, today 5/24/20, I am denied access to my own forum thread at this link:

The Norton Safe Search not working in Firefox problem is intermittent. But my question here is why this access denied message?
"Access denied You are not authorized to access this page."
Why am I prevented from accessing my own thread?

I have to wonder if there is a problem with my posts.
Me thinks Rob may have been caught in the Forum Spam Filter. If you try editing a post shortly after posting, more than a couple of times in short successions, you end up in ~~The Spam Zone~~ and locked out until a moderator clears it. 
The link works perfectly for me as well.

Thanks again for resolving this problem. The intermittent Norton Safe Search problem in Firefox remains, but that is another issue.

Hi -- I've flagged this message for help on this problem.
I just tried and had no difficulty in accessing the thread that seems still active; it's not shown as locked for example.
