hi, i had norton 2012 which has expired so removed and now purchased security 2013. i have installed the disk and when prompted entered the corect code, computer restarted and now i cant open up any icons (displays "problem with shortcut"), cant connected to the internet, no norton icons appear on screen, unable to uninstall norton.
im not very computer literate and need to ensure my computer is safe, can anybody help?
