Entre temps j'avais supprimé la configuration du centre d'abonnement Norton et notamment la clef de déverrouillage de l'appareil à l'aide d'un code PIN que je ne retrouve pas dans l'application et qui permet de récupérer les données. En effet samsung_SM-A920F est mentionné comme INACTIF. Comment je peux retrouver ce code PIN ?

Norton does not have a PIN code to open a mobile device. That is part of the Android Operating system.
There is a Norton App Lock app to protect individual apps on an Android device. If you have lost that PIN, there is a way to recover it that is tied to your Google Account used for that device. If this is what you need, open the Norton App Lock app and on the screen that comes up tap on the three dots at the top right of the screen, then tap on Forgot Password. Then on the next page enter the password for the Google Account for your device and then tap on Authenticate. Then follow the directions and choose a new PIN.
