Device name problem

In the My Norton page, My Device section, all devices are listed and I changed their names to something easily recognized by me. (e.g. Sally iPhone, etc).

However, in My Subscription section, under each subscription, there is “Manage” button. When Manage button was clicked, a table popped up showing “Device Name” using that subscription However, only iPad, iPhone were shown but not the name in My Device section. However can I changed the name listed in My Subscription section.

@Arcoxia1995 On Windows machines you need to rename the PC on Windows to properly have Norton see them. Or, find the current name in Windows settings and relabel them in your Norton devices list.

In the photo, under Norton 360 Premium > Manage Subscription, on the left hand side of the table, iPhone is shown. How can I change this name?
I renamed this device in “My Device” section, but it is still listed as “iPhone” in “My Subscription” page

Looking at my personal account there isn’t a way to “rename” that device where you are trying to. Those are the licenses so you’d have to remove the license from that device in that area. That will delete that device named iPhone. Is the device you renamed a PC? And do you have remote management enabled in Norton settings?
