I have a Norton 360 Multi-Device Subscription. I have it installed on my Macbook Pro and my iPad Air 2. I am now trying to install it on an ASUS laptop running Windows 8.1. It installs just fine, the software is running, and everything seems to be copacetic. However, when I go online to manage my subscription, the laptop does NOT show as one of my devices (I am allowed 5). I have installed and reinstalled multiple times with no change online.
What the he$$ is going on? This is VERY frustrating!
