Device showing as at risk after adding child to Android user account

Hi,

I have recently purchased Norton premier, and installed the antivirus on a PC running windows 10, and installed the NMS on an android device with two accounts setup , my own as the owner profile account and a second account which is for a child. all 3 accounts have  a "protected"  device status in the  Security tab of  "my Norton" when viewed from the windows 10 PC . I also note that the default name for the devices of the 2 android user accounts is showing the same.

Now when I setup Norton Family as a child  profile on the child's user account on the Android device  a new "device" appears in the security tab which is the name of the device used to  setup the child's  family account , but the device status is at risk for antivirus.

How Do  I resolve this issue ?

Did you install Norton Mobile Security twice on your Android device? Once in the owner account, and once in the child account?

What message do you get when you click on the At Risk message in your Account?
