Devices versus Services in Manage Norton

Hi,

Are Symantec ever going to fix Manage Norton? My Devices pages is complete nonsense, whereas Services is absolutely correct.

Since fully uninstalling and replacing NIS with NS on a couple of laptops (been fine for a few weeks now), suddenly on Manage Norton on Devices it's decided I still have NIS and now also NS installed on each, except the NIS ones (no longer installed) need Renewed, leaving the Device with a wee red X.

On Devices if I click the wee dustbins to try and tidy it up it tries to uninstall (something that isn't installed) and then gives up, so I can't tidy it myself. Do they know about this kind of thing?

The Services page, meanwhile, is completely correct as to what's installed where when etc.

I don't really want to "Chat" etc as I'm worried they'd make it worse...! It's nuts...
