Diagnostic report screen disappears

Hi

 

When I start Diagnostic report  a screen starts that does a few checks and thne always disappears.

 

I use Norton 360, latest version. Just installed a few days ago. I have windows 7, also updated.

The history makes a lot of mentions about Lost IP adres of adaptor Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface and is no longer secures. (no action needed). I dont know what this means.

You don't have to worry about the entry of Teredo Tunnelling. For the messages regarding Teredo tunnelling, read the information provided by delphinium in the following thread:

Did you try uninstall/reinstall as I posted above? If not, try that and check the diagnostic report again.

Bingo! That did the trick. Problem solved. Good support, wel done. I just switched from Panda (paid subsciption till half 2012) to Norton. Norton is such a relief!
