Diagnostic Report stops responding after checking the Network

When I open Diagnostic Report,

 

The Diagnostic Report starts, but stops and disapears after checking the Network
This Happens with Norton 360 4.1.0.32

You should apply Service Pack 3 to your XP system as Microsoft will, shortly, be stopping update support for XP SP2.
