Did I buy the wrong version of the new Internet Security?

Greetings All,

I recently purchased Norton Internet Security Deluxe.  Previously I used Norton 360.  I have noticed some differences in the new product.  Should I have bought the Premium Edition?

Previously:

1.  I could run a live update, full scan, disk optimization, file cleanup, & backup (which I do not necessarily need) sequentially & then put the computer to sleep. Now I can only run 1 @ a time & can only set sleep after virus scan (as opposed to shut down).  

2.  Almost every time I ran a quick or full scan, Norton found and deleted cookies.   Norton has not found or deleted a single cookie since I changed.

3.  A full scan used to take about 6 hours.  A full scan takes about 12 hours now.

4.  The Norton Toolbar does not open consistently in new Google Chrome Tabs (This may not be related to the new product).  It seemed to begin about the time I got the new product.

I am still using Windows XP on Dell Dimension with a 3 GHz Pentium 4 & 2 GB of RAM.  (New computer coming this year).
