I forgot my password to log in and requested a password and passcode twice, I received nothing on my emails and finally received one today, I am concerned that my device is compromised as 4 people have my email address and no one has my email password. My device shows no viruses but I believe I was remotely hacked through the ISP and only 4 people have that number. Is it unusual to not receive an email password reset immediately from Nortons. I also contacted digi… and they never got back to me. Really quite exasperated, also I have been unable to use all the extras promised in the package that I bought without being charged again.
