I'm currently running N360 v2.4.0.4 and am unable to reproduce the scenario you mention. When I use the Mouse Keys feature in Accessibility Options, I am able to get to all of the features in the UI. Perhaps you can validate that this still occurs with 2.4.0.4 and maybe we can setup a remote session if need be.
NateR - Thanks for replying!
I’ve been experimenting with it since it upgraded to N360 v2.4.0.4. on 2 computers running XP Pro SP2 (networked together + using a KVM switch so it’s 1 k/board & 1 screen) If I’m in the main screen, I still can’t get the drop down screens to click using numeric keypad 5 key. Even tried double clicking it with this key - still the same, no joy. Bought a Trackball and set it up high beside keyboard so I can left click on that, it’s easier but not perfect. I’m still convinced it’s N360 as every other program works ok. (ie if it was a dodgy keyboard & numeric key 5 was broken, it would affect all my other programs.)
Then I found that if I use numeric keypad 5 [left click] on the drop down screens (ie PC Security) one click ‘highlights’ the (View Settings) item but instead of opening it, if I then go back up and click on main screen (PC Security) that opens the Settings window. So I can use it now.
It’s not perfect but it works so I’ll persevere with it. Sometimes a box won’t close by clicking on it but my Trackball gets me around that option. Thanks for the offer of a remote session but it’s a niggle that I can live with ok. Perhaps N360 v3 should be fully tested by a severely disabled person using disability options to ensure all niggles are fully ironed out for future use?
Thanks,

Hi,
Just installed 360 - seems ok so far. Except, I need to use the Disability Options and they won't work for me - does anyone else use this option and have it working?
On the 360 Main Screen (4 big buttons) if I click on this using No 5 key on Numeric Keypad (ie left click) the drop down menu shows ok but if I click on the 'View Details' 'Run Scans' etc, nothing happens. If you left click on mouse (something I can't do I'm sorry to say) it works ok. The Disability Options on my computer on every other prog.
I tried the Norton online help chat but they wanted to remotely connect to replicate it - impossible if they're using a mouse at other end and no disability options I'd have thought. So if anyone has any idea of what gremlin is causing this, I'd gladly listen. I'm running XP Pro - same program runs on wife's Vista laptop ok but she doesn't need or use disability options.
Thanks - hope someone has an answer.
Forgot to add - using Norton 360 v2.3.1.4 if that helps.
