Disable the file clean up in N360 from Internet Explorer Temporary Files and history in Tune up

Dear Forum,

I know that I have previously enquired about the the above message.

If you uncheck the boxes for the Internet Explorer Temporary Files, Internet Explorer History and also now I am worried - Registry Cleanup - does that override what option you have for MIcrosoft?

Would turning on the options provide more protection and make my laptop run faster?

I recently downloaded a file that went to the Temporary Internet File location, which I can not locate - which I think that the tune up would have removed.

I am not computer savvy, so I can not even locate the Temporary location on my computer. So any assistance would be appreciated.

I am also not that sure about  CCleaner for cleaning up browser histories and temporary files - so if anyone can assist.

I also have had a an issue with a flag for SpeedyPCPro on my Norton- is this safe to exclude or include?
