Hi,
Disable the Renew Now for Online Backup Storage, until it expires!!!!!!!!
I tried to renew the online backup storage, where it leads me to the order page for the online backup storage of different space and the cost.
Once I complete the order, i received a confirmation email with the renewal code to extend the memory space of 25GB. Here, the problem is, I cannot renew my backup storage through my online account activation link or through my norton 360 renewal option.
Finally, I contacted one of your customer support representative, then he made certain changes from his end to reflect the 25GB to my account.
So, My suggestion to you guys, Online Backup Account "Renew now" option should be greyed out or disable it, until the storage gonna expire. So, that renewing accidentally might be resolved.
