How do I disable the lock on my android so I don't have to put in a pin each time i want to use my android phone? I set it up but don't like it.

Yes, it was the Norton lock app. The Norton tech used Rescue to remotely control my phone and took off the Norton app and then reinstalled the Norton app to get rid of the lock features. I don't put financial stuff on my phone and am not worried about it being lost or stolen. I just don't like the Norton Lock app as I don't want to have to put in a pin everytime I use the phone or some other app on the phone.

Can you clarify what it was they disabled? The Android screen lock, or something else?
I called Norton and got a tech who disabled it for me.

Are you referring to the Norton App Lock app, or just the Android home screen lock?
For the Android home screen lock, go to Android Settings - Lock Screen - Screen Lock Type. Then choose None as the lock type.
Just remember that disabling a screen lock leaves the data on your device vulnerable if it gets stolen. A screen lock is your first level of defence.
