Just an FYI that Susan Bradley started a discussion today in the AskWoody.com forum at (USA Centric) Want a Discount on Your Internet? about the Affordable Connectivity Program (USA residents) and the Connecting Families Program (Canadian residents) that might be of interest.

There may be other countries that offer similar discounts on internet plans for lower income families and seniors.
