Issue abstract: Norton Utilities

Detailed description: I have run a scan and am getting a mesage to say 270 MB and 707 items to remove but when I press ‘clean now’ nothing is happening. Can anyone help here?

Product & version number: Norton Utilities version 24.2

OS details: Windows 11

What is the error message you are seeing? No error message - but top says Unlock Features next to the Norton Utilities logo

What happens if you click on Unlock all features?

Are you using a trial version of Norton Utilities Ultimate? If so, you need to subscribe for full functionality of the app.
